They are supposed to cover it, they replaced all four of mine bran new. Are you the original owner of the vehicle? Also 600 fix dosent do a good job on these rims, issue will keep progressing.
Yes, from this thread I see that, but, unfortunately my dealer Caddilac of Novi (MI) said they were not covered. (They took a picture and sent in through an app!?) When I questioned them about it and asked to speak with someone at GM, they said call the 800#... There is no one. When I asked the GM Ed Pobur, he said the same thing... Just a terrible experience with service and these guys! Buying the car: You are a KING.
Service, anything like that, worst, ever. Tim Wooster Service Manager.
Yes, I am the original owner.
Also, just a heads-up to my brothers (and sisters?) here... I had a Oil Control Valve that went bad and needed to be replaced. (Car shuts down to limited power mode... Crazy that should happen on a hand built $100k automobile, but, stuff happens) They did fix that, but still wanted to speak to someone at GM about all of it. Want to keep this car a long time.
Well there's my "rant"... Any contacts, real help, much obliged!
Going to try another dealer, next.
It is a known bulletin, they have to replace it. If they are giving you issues, you need to request a Field representative from GM to take a look at it. GM and Cadillac knows about this issue, and we worked hard to get it known back in November and December of last year.
Going to another dealer, try it.
Thank you Nicholas!
(Along with Engine Oil Valve Controller, you may want to know about premature brake pad warning, brake fade/failure Recall (some states), brake lock-up on malfunctions with pedestrian/front collision system. 2019's. I am from Detroit. Guess I could just drive down to GM headquarters... But Cadillac is now based out of NY, I think.
