I have one on order and it has been delayed due to the recalibratrion of the turbo engine...Is everyone happy with their turbo or should I run for the hills...?:bonkers:
Actually, premium fuel is still "required" on the turbo, even with the new calibration. It's just that if you are forced to put in regular, you no longer run the risk of damaging the engine.I just got the bulletin call yesterday not to put unleaded gasoline in it, only 91 or 93 Octane until I get it recalibrated, then I can run regular gas in it.
On ours the boost is limited in first gear to one tick below the red area. In second gear and above it will run to the last tick before the red. Can anyone else confirm that their boost is limited in first gear?[/QUOTE said:I noticed the same thing on a test drive. On full throttle you can easily feel it in the seat of the pants. I commented on it to the salesman who agreed.
