It is made in the style and fashion of the original Cadillac factory made limousines, the U.S. federal government stuck with that style probably because it was (and I think still is) more classic and formal looking than a stretch.

Yes, that is a brief glimpse of the Fleetwood, if you can find the footage from earlier that day GWB & family rode to the traditional early morning church service in the 93-96 Fleetwood rear drive short limousine you are interested in. I remember this vividly because I also loved the limo you like, and that car was prominently featured, when the doors were opened Barbara and Jenna hopped out of the jump seats and they were flipped forward by George himself and Laura and George came out from the back seats. If you can somehow find the footage you will see that car in detail since the cameras followed it completely. Maybe try cspan archive. Good luck!
