I have a 2017 Cadillac ATS premium performance rwd 3.6l. Looking for a axle back or cat back exhaust. Any suggestions?

Search YouTube for exhaust examples of V6 (same LFX/LGX engine as ATS) Camaros. Lots to pick from... My faves are the Magnaflow setups. Some put in just a resonated X-pipe and delete the original suitcase muffler to get maximum volume. I'm leaning towards something like this direction, myself. Definitely no need to spend >$1000 on a cat-back 'system'.

He used to post in the ATS/ATS-V Owners group on Facebook, I am a member too which is how I found out about his car in the first place. Anyway I believe he posted the details of this setup in that group a couple times, if you join there just search Michael Hauserman and you should find his posts about this exhaust setup.

Good luck eliminating drone on anything aftermarket.

not sure how to tune out the wicked 250hz drone without tuned jpipes.

Keep us posted and show us some RTAsweeps at 5-10% throttle cruise on the highway. Would love to see how much drone you guys systems produce

I ran spintechs with stock resonator super drone mode vibrating trans tunnel

then ran an x pipe with flow master super hp 2s similar drone

wentback stock after. The spintechs made the thing sound like a mfing F1 car. Pops said he couldn’t believe the sound and thought it was a Ferrari then was surprised to see it was me LOL

Might go back to the spintechs since it’s not a daily anymore

the DOCH high technologydesign3.6 has a trick sound esp when downshifting into higher RPMs

and to the above poster I find it offensive you indicate your ATS sounded akin to a jag. That’s like comparing a a diamond to a pos. Just my2cents
