Good afternoon,

I’m wondering if anyone has the GM Performance Catback on their 2021+ Escalade and would be able to post or send me a video of it. I have the GM Performance exhaust on my 2021 6.2L High Country 1500 and think it’s just about perfect. Wondering how it sounds on the Escalade.

Welcoming any input on this. Thanks guys.

Someone in these Escalade forums has a very - very - recent set of videos on the Escalade dealer installed CORSA catback. Search a few pages of Escalade threads. It's either a 2020, 2021. or 2022 model.

Welcome to the Funny Farm !!!

I believe Corsa sounds totally different compared to GM performance exhaust. GM Performance Exhaust sounds closer to Borla performance, which has a deeper sound and not too loud.

Corsa is louder at WOT and has a more exotic sound.

This is the closest example on YouTube.

The Corsa and Borla are quite significantly louder in all aspects than the GM system, especially Corsa. The GM exhaust is supposedly built by Borla but side by sides of Borla Touring and GM Performance showed that the GM was tamer - this is on the K1 Silverado/GMC 6.2s.

I saw the Corsa video that was recently posted and it does sound awesome but quite a lot louder than I’m looking for for an Escalade. I’ve done some good searching and I am not finding any sound results and very few firsthand experience with the 21+ Escalade with the GM Performance exhaust.

I've gone the full cat-back exhaust route before, but this time, considering the 'Sclade already has stainless steel exhaust, I went the muffler route only. My local exhaust Pro recommended a Canada brand called "Flo-Pro." The chambered internal design is similar to Flowmaster, which means no sound change as it "burns in." I'm using their "Big Oval" series and I absolutely love it. Nice low rumble around town that goes nearly silent on the freeway. Perfect!
