Escalade ESV 2004 (No air from dash vent)

Hello everybody I’m having this issue for quite a bit of time...
When I turn on my air conditioner or either heating system I only have air coming out from the defrost. Even if I switch to dash vent with the two zone control model air wont come out from Dash vent.

I did the whole reset procedure three times still won’t fully work. When doing the reset for a few seconds dash vent will go on as the system do is test on auto mode then stop and remain on defrost.. Then when trying to select Dash vent won’t send air to dash vent and remain sending air on defrost even if dash vent is selected.
I went to scrap yard and replace climate control module and nothing change.

Mode door is for selecting face, feet, or defrost. blend door is for switching between A/C or heater. Get a scan tool that can see if the controller is sending the signal to the mode door actuator. If it’s not sending the signal to the controller is at fault. If the controller is sending the signal but the mode door actuator is not responding the mode door actuator is at fault. It is most likely the mode door actuator is broken beucase it will default itself to the defrost position and be unresponsive if the actuator is broken.
