heard this was an issue for some.. didnt have time to write this up for those who still have issues

here are something that i've been doing...

for the auto exit:
1. turn off the ignition
2. open the door.

*if you open the door first and then turn off the car, it won't.

for the easy exit recall:
1. press the unlock button on the fob twice before you open the door. (kind of defeat the purpose of the keyless entry.. )

*select all "on" in the DIC advance feature for both of them

What you are saying is absolutely correct for cars equipped with luxury level 2 or performance/ luxury. For luxury level 1, pressing the unlock button on the fob returns the seat to the preset memory position for fob 1 or 2. Removing the key alone returns the seat to the easy exit position.

for me, button 1 is the driving position the middle button between 1 and 2 is the exit set up, button 2 is the back up position (when you put the gear into reverse) if you so desire to set it up that way. forget if it will return to button1 setting after you shift from R to D.. i think it won't automatically to that.. annoying! will find out tomorrow.
