Getting ready to Power Ball the wheels what are the stock wheels ?

I would be extremely cautious using a power-ball on those rims. Both the painted and the polished factory '09 CTS-V rims are clear coated, and the clear coating may not hold up very well to the power-ball & polishes. & Do not use a metal polish on them. Wipe them down with a slightly damp rag, or wash them when you wash the car. Dry well, there are not processed metal parts on the assemblies.

i would echo the sentiment to be careful what polish/cleaner you use. One of the biggest lies on bottles is "safe for all wheels"--I nearly sued a company for this when a $5000 set of wheels was ruined (they replaced them)

Use the least abrasive thing you can--I use soap and water. I have used a power ball but it is still a PITA on V wheels --too many small openings. I have a set of polished and a set of chrome wheels for my V. Soap/water on both and Meguires chrome polish on chrome--no problem
