Adding a CD Changer to the NAV?

Anyone added a CD Changer to Nav system stereo? Wife would like one in our '08.

Thanks for any experience or pointers.

Because 2007+ nav system has the ability to read mp3 tracks. Just burn a CDROM with 120 mp3 files within 5 or 6 folders and you have simulated a CD changer.
