Today's update. Dealership still does not have a loaner available making it now 6 days without a vehicle. Love this luxury Cadillac experience. Where do I dispense my rage? Does Cadillac Financial accept payments in the form of hot air?
I just bought a brand new 2024 XT6 back in April. Just over 2600 miles and my transmission completely failed going up the hill I live on. I’m so disappointed. I’ll be calling the dealer tomorrow…I hope all goes well.

Thanks for sharing and I'm so sorry to hear about this. I love my 2020 XT6 Sport and would be devastated if something like this occurred. Our fingers are crossed for you.

Also - welcome to the forum, @StanCubby
Thank you! I called the dealer this morning...they are paying to have the car towed in, and they promise to get right on it. I'll let you know how it goes.

Any update? Did your shop have parts? Mine is going on 2 weeks just sitting collecting dust waiting on backordered parts and no loaner available. From Cadillac to no car in one awful afternoon that hasn't ended in now 2 weeks. What a joke.
The dealer contacted me stating that they will need to replace some parts in the the transmission, sounds like the same parts coved by the May 13th service bulletin. The parts are a couple weeks out. They didn’t offer a loaner but I didn’t press them either. I have two other cars and it’s just me and my wife. It does seem like they should offer something to make up for the major inconvenience, after all…I paid $67k for a car I can’t use for the next 2ish weeks.
