Got a 2024 CT5-V and love it so far. Extremely smooth and responsive, I just need a little more. Looking to make performance upgrades on it and not void warranty. Anyone have info or suggestions? Thanks!

Maybe consider a 5BW?

I've searched for "performance" upgrades for my '22 CT5-V and found nothing. 360hp is fun but it's not the 650hp of my former gen6 ZL1 or gen7 Z06, nor 668hp of the CT5-V Blackwing. Where can you even use that performance anyway except on the track.

Exhaust manufacturers apparently don't even offer cat back systems for the CT5-V and I've found no header systems available from the usual sources. Maybe the R&D just hasn't caught up to the platform? It could be that companies are afraid of the EPA. And you could void your factory warranty with some modifications, if that's a concern (ie, aftermarket tuners systems). I would think a cat back made for a gen6 Camaro might work since the chassis platforms are similar. Keep the converters in place. You might gain something, probably only sound though.

I'm not sure what GM did to increase the power of the CT4-V 3.0L motor from 360hp to 472hp (just tuning?), but that could be explored. Or buy a CT4-V Blackwing or CT5-V Blackwing while they're still available. That's my plan.

I appreciate the insight. I saw the Rocket Chip promotion and I did some research to find that it is a scam, so disappointing. 420 would be better than 360. I really bought it for a daily just wanted a little more. If you come across anything please let me know and I'll do the same. Have agreat one!

Maybe consider a 5BW?
Yea. I looked at the 5BW but I need more of a daily thats fun and efficient. I drive 70 miles a day for work. Thye are sweet but if I am going to spend a 120K, I'm buying an exotic. Thanks for your feedback. Cheers!

OK, that makes sense. I didn't find in my initial research the increase to 3.6L for the 472hp CT4-V Blackwing. It's like GM wants to keep it a secret.

Give it time.
In 1986 it was not too hard to get a certain GM V6 to 500 HP/600 ft lbs.

This is my first Cadillac, only Chevrolet and GMC previously, so I never paid any attention to the Cadillac platforms and never thought I'd own a Cadillac. The online material I received from GM prior to owning my CT5-V only referenced the CT5 horsepower engine options.

CT6 have LGW engine and another turbochargers!

We keep saying this but that car was only about 5% heavier than the CT5-V and that 10% increase in horsepower still translates into slower 0-60 times. Heck even the PL with the 335 hp 3.0TT is as quick to 60 as the CT6 was. Of course, the torque numbers are all around the same figure for the three engines. I do not know what the differences do to the acceleration curve beyond 60 mph - maybe the CT6's had more breath in the higher revs?
My best time on CT6 3.0TT Platinum (8at) 5.6 0-100 / 13.2 100-200. He is really quickly after 120km/h. CT5-V weight is lighter by 300kg (1797 vs 2089kg), but it has smaller turbochargers.

Take YOUR vehicle with you and your toys loaded in it like normal and hit the local sand & gravel outlet truck scales or maybe a grain or produce loading platform. You might be pleasantly (or unpleasantly) surprised at the true curb weight of your darling little rocket.

No hptuners doesn’t offer a tune. But a local speed can do a tune. Tapout in Columbus tuned mine. And the transmission. And yes hptuners is not cheap. Like 1500 when all said and done. Then you have to pay for your tune. Green filters just flow better than stock. More volume. And the exhausts are nice but also pricey. The biggest problem I see with them is the turbos. The intake side of the turbo it like 1”5/8 It’s tiny. So even with intakes it’s all limited to the charge pipe being narrow. Once someone decides to make an upgrade. Then they will make good power.
