Im looking to remove the headlight covers to clean them because they are really cloudy as well as the clear piece that goes around the license plate under the 3rd brake light. How do I go about removing those pieces so I can clean them or order new ones?

I went to a flea market here in Houston. Some dude wet sanded the headlights then sprayed them with something. Not sure what he sprayed them with. All I know is that he could have sprayed them with a tinted color to look smoked but I got them sprayed with the clear stuff. They turned out pretty good. I think it cost me like $30 or $40. I had it done last year and they're still looking good.

Have you checked out a flea market? Or a car shop that does things of the like?

Ive checked a couple of places around town. Of course those places wanted to sell me new covers lol. Ive also tried a couple of products like scratch x and some others like it,and they work great on the outside, if that's where your cloudiness is, but the problem isn't so much the outside as it is the inside of all three. But I definitely didn't figure Id have to remove the bumper. I thought it'd be a lot easier than having to do all that. There is another product I saw that sounds similar to what you say the guy at the flea market did for about twenty bucks you can get at auto zone or walmart that entails some sort of sanding which is supposed to make them as clear as new. Maybe Ill give that a try....if I can get the bumper off first lol

the best kit is the 3m restoration kit i got off ebay. it comes with a sander and polisher with pads and compounds. its pricey but well worth it, there is no better kit. it does require getting into the plastic pretty good but just take your time and they'll turn out like new. the entire kit is roughly $350, but bought is for myself and the shop i work at, definitely gets its use.

Holy crap, I just realized you have the Oceana plates - I work at Oceana. What's the % on your tint, and did you get it done around here?
Yep, I am at Oceana... they are 35% all around.... but I am gonna have to have them redone already. Had a guy do it that was recommended at the radio shop that installed my box and it isn't holding up well. I am gonna go back to Atlantic Shoreline right where Oceana Blvd turns into 1st Colonial. They do good work with quality materials.... BUT won't go past the legal limit.... TNT will but use sub-par materials
