'06 DTS battery problems

Hey guys back again, so my 06 DTS seems to have a power draw in it somewhere. When I first got the car if I didn’t start it up every 4-5 days the battery would completely die. I have had to get my battery recharged 4 or 5 times now because of this problem. I drove the car for almost a month and a half straight no issues beside my AC drain tubes plugging up but the other day I drove it brought it home parked it in the garage like normal and when I came out to take it to work the next morning it was completely dead. When I opened the door to get in, the driver side and passenger door were making electrical clicking noises and when I went to turn the car over it had no power what so ever. I tried charging the battery myself but my charger told me it had an internal cell shortage and wouldn’t charge it so I took it to my local battery place and they said it charged up and is holding a charge perfectly fine. I checked my alternator a while back and it was still cranking 14 amps. I’ve also pulled all my fuses none were broken and used a test light to make sure the ports were good. I’m kind of at a loss right now on what could be causing this. Does anybody know of any specific things that may be giving me this issue?

you tube parasitic battery drain using a meter, be Sure to close all doors, no key fob nearby and trip the hood latch so the car thinks its closed, it takes a good 30 minutes for the car to go asleep...... go visit uncle Jeff's site and order a 1.5 to 2.0 amp battery tender trickle charger

Just one stupid question? How old is the battery and what is the Cranking amps. Ive been working on these things for years and the one thing I know is that a premium battery is the common denominator in this vehicle. I have seen so many crazy thing happen due to the owner scrounging on the battery. I run an Optima 800 CCA battery in mine after I saw so many weird things happen due to a sub-standard cranking battery. Also you can drive it and watch the DIC, Set it to battery voltage. In a weak battery you will see voltages over 15 VDC and Higher. Another side effect is the Alternator going bad due to overworking it on a low battery. Take that vehicle to your auto parts store, they will check it for free. And buy the best 36 month battery money can buy. Your car will love you for it.

Sorry I wasn’t able to respond on here I somehow was banned for spamming? Lol not sure why. Tripwire I am wondering if mine is having the same issue with the diode someone else had recently mentioned that to me and that’s one part I have not replaced yet. Soapm I honestly don’t know I’d have to look at the fuse diagram again and this suck has wiring everywhere first Cadillac I’ve had so it’s definitely taking me time to figure things out with it. Piper Tex have had the battery for just little over a year and have had it tested at my local battery shop where they said it’s got a lot of juice in it and is good to go as for specific battery I have it’s a Deka CCA @0 degrees says 840
