Cant add playlist to music that i copied from the usb to the HDD drive help please

I try to get my CtS coupe 2012 to recognize playlist that i have in the usb when i record the music from usb to hdd drive, but so far no luck, and adding song to playlist manually take forever. Any one know how to deal with this?
