I was looking at Cadillac accessories a few days ago and noticed GM makes one for the wagon...

Do a search for trailer hitch (there are some decent ones available that just bolt into the holes in the bottom of the spare tire well). Then just use a standard hitch mount bike rack, of which there are many.
