YAY! WE MADE THE Forbes top 10 list!

If you look in the slideshow we made the top 10 in highest speed. The new ZO6 beat us in top end speed...dissapointing...but we can have 5 people in the car(makes up well for the difference.)

I spotted that article yesterday, and I couldn't believe they think the SRT-8's are faster than the V.

I tend to think more in terms of 0-60, than top speed. But even regarding top speed, I've read that the 163 top end on the V comes from the computer. Without that computer imposed limit, the V should go a good deal faster. I can't find the particular article, but one said the car approached 180 with the limiter "off". I know that sounds dreamy, but I'll look around for the article. If I find it, I'll post it.

The SRT-8 is faster 0-60, 1/4 and top speed. Throw some curves in there and the V has it. That is what the V was built for. places like the ring.
lot of the top speed is estimated not tested.

Although..... there is an SRT-8 in my area. The owner dumped that big ugly buck-tooth egg-crate grill, and installed a hot looking wire-mesh type "Bentley" style grill. Oooh, that thing looks nice! Really makes the car.
If we ever get a chance to line up, I'll do my best.
