I bought my 2025 XT6 Sport and loved the car, hated the drivers seat.

I found a company Tin Lizzy Affair in Richardson Texas (automotive upholstery company) who fixed my seat and now I have the car I always wanted.

I have the standard seats in my XT6. I’ve never felt they were uncomfortable — even after a long drive I was fine.
Compared to my other car, a Mercedes GLC, I can say that every time I get in, the GLC seats feel softer and more comfortable at first. But after driving for a while, I don’t really notice much difference.

 

So what did the Upholstery Pace Do ?

The Right Side Bottom Bolster gets on my nerves after about 20 minutes on driving

Seems like a weird alignment on my upper outer thigh and accelerator angle that cause the bolster to dig in the thigh

Also, getting in, the left side bolster makes a clicking sound like I'm gonna break the seat

Otherwise, the seats are firm and ok

 

They added padding to the center of the seat bottom cushion, now it’s like the over stuffed easy chair. Basically adding enough padding so you are not setting on top of the side bolsters
