xm radio issues 2006 sts v

having issues with the xm radio in car will not show all channels and display stays on same artist and title also channel name after changing it to diff chanel .been on phone with xm refreshing radio has not helped.anyone with any ideas

It's not the car it's xm my 2011 3500hd does the same thing I drive for 10-11 hours a day in it and it will still say the same name for hours. I just get use to it.
