When I call XM, they tell me I need to go to channel 7, well, I have no channel 7. I only have 3 channels, 0,1 and 247. Is there a way to punch in numbers to jump to a channel?

your radio is not activated yet, you get those channels so you know that the ant is connected correctly. Call 800 852 9696 (XM's best office) & tune your radio to the preview channel---channel 1. after you talk to them & set up your service it takes about 20 minutes.
