xenon-vision? who else?

Looking at getting some xenon/HID headlights..however don't know what to get or where to get it.. Please advise.

Has anyone heard from Mark (Top PSI) recently? I ordered a HID kit a few weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. We were exchanging PMs, but I haven't heard from him in over a week now and I notice their website now says "closed for remodeling".
