Please explain what this term means.

I searched & read the thread posted here, but I'm not getting it.

Is this something I should be doing? How often? Are there any circumstances where this shouldn't be done...ie: a misaligned serpentine belt & bent crankshaft?

Please give me instructions.

Now stop laughing. I seriously don't know what WOT means.

You will put your gear selector in 2 and floor it 30-80 and then let off the gas pedal .This is plain what you wanna do .If you ask me I haven't done it yet in my Northstar .Anyway, my new ride to come soon with a LT1 .

I do mine in "D" (AKA: overdrive).
Do it twice a week. I have been driving a lot harder lately and it seems to be better than slow driving. It's also more fun.

I like your avatar. Very nice Cadillac!
Just be careful, these cars hold the road so good you can't tell how fast you're going. :)
