my '94 DeVille won't start. Just had the ignition lock cylinder replaced after no sound or anything from the motor and seeing the Starter disabled/ant-theft/wait three minutes message. Now I get no message at all and the engine cranks and sounds like it wants to start but just won't.

Any suggestions?

Go to the basics. We need to know if it has normal fuel pressure? and is there spark. Cannt help without you verifying these 2 things.
