next i have to submit my paperwork to the state (gotta wait till tomorrow to do that) then once i get my insurance license i can be contracted and i can start working

They'll certainly be VERY fast in another year or two.. Get the Z06. I hope you can do it. You'll want a Caddy though, too.. In the Winter, the Vette isn't your best friend...
