wiper spray nozzle

96 seville. driver wiper arm has 1 spray nozzle. pass side has 2. i see how the plastic tube is routed thru y-fitting. anyone know if a 96 seville should have 2 nozzles on arm? seems odd that spray is less on driver side. driver needs more spray, not less.
