My driverside and passenger windows squeek real bad when I put them up,but not down. Can anyone help me? Sometimes its embarassing

Roll The Windows All The Way Down & Spray Some White Lithium Grease Down The Tracks. The Tracks Inside The Door Panels Are Probably Getting Dry & Grimed Up. Spray Enough To Let It Run Down The Tracks. Roll The Windows Up & Down & Repeat If Necessary. It's Helped My Out Totally. P.s. Make Sure To Get The Windex Out To Clean The Excess Grease Off The Glass.

Mine was not a channel problem. I found this squeak to be similar to the windshield wiper squeak so I put Rain-X on both sides of the drivers window and problem seems to be gone..
