114.3 is a Chrysler rim. GM uses 115. Search other threads here for more info.

Would you use a Chrysler oil filter if it almost fit correctly?

Chrysler uses 5x115 and 5x100 on their passenger cars. If the wheels are from a 300c AWD they will bolt on rather easily. Though I'd never do it since it would have a chrysler logo on a cadillac.

5x114.3 will work on a Cadillac. All multifit wheels require hubrings to be installed whether its 5x115, 5x114.3, 5x100, or any other bolt pattern.

The ONLY wheels that don't require hubrings are direct-fit wheels. That means the hubbore of the wheel and the hubbore of the vehicle is identical.
