Tomm is the resident expert on STS rims. As he experienced not all STS rims will work on our CTS. I'm sure he will see this thread and help.

I have an 05 with the silver painted 16" wheels. Want to stay with an OEM look so I guess the question is, do I upgrade to the polished 7-spoke wheels from an 04-05 CTS or do I wait until the 9-spoke 18" wheels are available from Cadillac?

Take-off 17" wheels on ebay are not hard to find and they seem fairly inexpensive for the entire wheel/tire combo.

I do not think take-off 18" CTS wheels will be that easy to come by, so the only option may be to buy from the dealer, which, from what I have heard can be very pricey... Is the look worth it?

There's also going to be a 12 spoke option, if you want to know what they look like now, take a peek at one of their new brochures. I was told by the parts guy that they will not be as expensive as we were led to believe. Again we have to endure the long wait to know for sure. When I finally get my hands on the info, I will make sure I get all the available numbers.
