Yeah, I saw that one and was gonna draw everybody's attention to it.

But, then I thought it was a bit on the weird side :bonkers: and didn't do it. Just a little "out there" don't ya think?

yea, but if it is a true 427 7.0 liter ls7 with a nicely done custom tt kit, its worth close to 65. Considering the stereo as well, its defintely worth 65. Considering what ppl are spending on mallet v's...etc. This ones done, and proven. But yeah, without pics or a full list of specs, it is a little fishy

the VIN# checks out for a 2005 V

what i want to know:

1) it's listed as "coupe", not "sedan"
2) "18,000" stereo system? 18,000 what? Watts? Dollars spent? I'm not buying either... i worked car stereo for 2 years, and there's no way anyone would pay $18,000 for anything car-stereo... you couldn't spend that much on equipment for a V if you tried
3) $65,000 in the car and then ANOTHER $30,000 in the MOTOR? Was this car built by Jesus Christ? Who would pay $65k for a $50k car? And that's assuming it was stock when he bought it, because he still had to put $30k into the engine.

So i'm calling BS. although it's kind of unusual... what does he have to gain out of this? :-/
time will tell i guess

haha

apparently "While vehicle is still under warranty, most dealers would not honor due to the horsepower of engine"

how about the reason they won't warranty it is because it's a totally different engine you put in...
