You guys can do this yourselves. This was the first project I undertook in parallel to the free flow intake tube.
Took me about 45mins to get my fogs out of my car. You don't have to take the bumper off. (2 beers)
Took 10 mins to bake the lenses off the housings, low heat.
5 mins to fill the channel on the housings with glue.
Let glue setup for 1 hour. While glue was setting up moved on to next step.
10 mins to make a template of the lens (use card stock). (1 beer)
15 mins to cut both lenses. Used a good dremel cutting wheel. (1 beer)
When glue in channel is setup, glued fresh cut lenses on. Clamp/taped the sh!t out of them to make sure contact all around, 15ish minutes. (1 beer)
Sat in hot tub and finished case while lenses sat over night. In the morning did the ever so important submersion test. Didn't want to find a leak first time I washed the car. (1 bloody mary)
Reinstalled fogs and searched for scattered plastic tabs for the wheel wells, 45 mins.
So for approximately 3 hour/5 beer job, most could do it in an afternoon. The lexan for the lens was about $10 at the local Lowes. I already had the dremel.
I got (sorry for the phone pic):
