ok i got my mass air flow sensor replaced which was causing a mess load of trouble and codes. well i only have 3 codes current i cleared the rest(hope they dont come back) which of these would cause the service engine light to come on. it doesnt always come on too some times it will on start up other times it wont come on until its been driving for a while. also how can i fix any of these

pcm p1645-Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Vent Solenoid Contorl Circuit
acm b1314-Evaporator Inlet Temp Sensor Open Circuit
pzm b2719-CTD-Trunk Tamper Switch Fault
msm b2118-Front Vertical Sensor Failed

P codes, in this case, 1645.

Trace down the EVAP system from the fuel tank to the intake manifold. The EVAP system routes gas tank vapor to a charcoal canister, where the vapor is stored until the engine reaches a certain set of running conditions, when the EVAP solenoid ports the canister vapors to the intake manifold to be burned. Entirely possible that a vacuum/vapor line has become disconnected or that the solenoid itself is faulty. Where is the solenoid on your car? I have no idea.

It's an emissions system, so the SES light. You'll fail emissions testing with the code set.

thanks i did some searching and this guy had the same issue but i think he has a 98+ seville http://www.cadillacforums.com/forum...5-dtc-p1645-evap-solenoid-output-circuit.html
but he said its buy the egr so im going to look would it have a connection on it or is it a plug like a relay?

An EVAP solenoid will have 2 or 3 vacuum lines attached as well as a (2 wire ?) connector.
