I know Autozone sells them for the 03 cts. They're pretty inexpensive.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I think you have to buy the whole upper control arm to receive the strut mount,the strut mount is connected to the upper control arm and is not sold as a separate piece
$190.00 bucks each at gm parts direct. I recommend changing both sides at the same time easily over a 500 dollar job.
