What part numbers or other vehicle fitments do we have in common to make searching for things easier? I'm leaning toward Pagid RS14 or RS19, or Ferodo DS2500 or DS3000. I might consider Hawk, but have had the Blues. They were ok, but not as good as Pagid. I think the Hawk blues were hard on rotors and got glazed. I'd like something that can go well over 1000 degrees without fading. I've also noticed pads are expensive for this big car, so that's a consideration that will lean toward compromise. I plan to skip Carbotech because of their requirement for new rotor surfaces.

Lastly, does anyone have specs for the stock brake compound?

Porterfield makes a very good track pad.

It's a different pad number from the GT-R but the same pad shape. I'll have to look it up.

I know the guys at bigbrakeparts.net and got mine there...

I believe its 605 for the front and 570 for the rear...

I thought that the DTC 30s? were the hot ticket? Now the Porterfields have taken the top spot?

I wouldn't know. I just know that if you don't mind some dust and some squealing, I can't see ANY street pad braking harder and more efficiently than the DTC-30...
