Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay is located ?

Is it on top of the gas tank at the pump location ?

Is it in the fuse box on RH inner front fender ?

No, it is under the rear seat.

Do I need to remove the rear tray under the rear window to access this block - or just remove the rear seat BOTTOM cushion ?

You need only remove the bottom cushion. See attached.
