Where do you put your sunglasses?

(Imo)The biggest oversight in the CT5 was the decision was to omit and sunglasses holder in the overhead console. First thing I noticed and mentioned in my test ride, and my sale rep said it was mentioned on most test rides. For now I'm using my center console, and want to avoid the clip on visor style.

So has anyone found a clever storage solution?

In the hard case that came with the Ray Ban's, then in the center console for me. I miss the overhead holder as well.

cant you make/buy a small thin "cubby" to fit under the front seat?

I drive very aggressive to be quite honest. I wouldn't want something ending up under the brake pedal. I'm sure I'll figure a good spot out once I have more seat time (still under 1k).
I put my sunglasses on her head but they keep getting knocked off.

Mine fold very flat so I put then in the charger slot since the phone is usually on the charger under the vents. Kinda nice spot
If your model has 'Oh $ITH Handles', then these qualify as clever and may be an option if available:

That is very clever i wonder if the bolt holes would line up for a CT5? Who wants to drop $25 to be the guinea pig :D

I might have to have the wife pick this up. If it don't fit the caddy it should fit my little corolla which also is missing a spot for my shades
In the Ray Ban hard case, in the extreme left hand side of the glove box, standing up. I can easily get to it while stopped at a red light or stop sign, no problem.
I placed one of these directly behind the infotainment screen and it works great. Sunglasses used to fly off the dash when I took a "spirited" turn. Not anymore.

Just wanted to let you guys know I decided to be the guinea pig. I bought the Audi sunglass holder and it fits, not perfect but will do the job. Going to the local hardware store to buy some flat phillips head screws so I can put the caps on. Had to use original screws and the screw covers don't snap on.

Thanks for being the test pilot. Doesn’t this block the speaker for OnStar / Bluetooth phone?

If I'm not mistaken that is an ambient air sensor for the ac.
Maui Jim's...on my face. Usually on the nose so the lenses line up with each eye.
I believe the sensor that has been covered is a active noise cancellation sensor.

The ones I linked were claimed to be a fit for the wife's new Tucson = NOPE! The screws were hard against the limit of the slots, and the overall housing was far larger than the headliner recess.

Return was painless, and and while it'll now be my first-ever purchase from Ali-Express their listing for my application reports to be showing up in today's mail. Perfect timing as I always blow out all the stops for her Anniversary. Just don't tell her it set me back $5.32.
