Wheel spin on 3rd gear

Is it a good thing when shifting to third gear the wheel spin a little? I get a little chirp when I shift to third.

I even get a nice chirp in fourth

Third gear chirp got me my first ticket, he locked me in at 71 in a 35 yeeeeeehawwww. New female judge rammed it so far up my ass I walked funny for a week :want: , even with a lawyer. I earned it though.

I can get the tires on fire skip shiftin from 1st to 3rd. I ripped second completely out. But it want do it ehn I down shift from 6th to 3rd on the interstate.
