Wheel Bearings making noise 2003 CTS

I have an 03 CTS and started hearing noise from the front end. The faster I went the louder it became so a friend told me it was the front wheel bearings. I had the front bearings replaced but I am still getting the same noise. Could it be my rear bearings?

check for cupped or feathered tires
