What's The Dashboard Exact Paint at the smooth part right in the center (radio, AC, etc.)

I am currently installing a carputer in there, and it is evident that there is going to be some painting needed.

But I'm just not sure what exact black color would it be in order to achieve that matte black finish.

If you try GM and they don't answer you could try a painter. Many have electronic instruments that "read" the coaler code. Be sure to get several readings since you will definitely get several answers due to fading and so on. I have tried this on walls that I know the exact color code but it was panted a couple years. It may turn out that you will have too paint the hole dash.
