What voltage goes to the heated steering wheel module?

Hi, I was just at the junkyard and picked up a 05 DTS heated wood grain steering wheel for 50 bucks. I'm trying to modify it to work in my 2002 Cadillac Deville, but I have a few questions. I took apart the actual module and looked up the main relay on the circuit board and found that the voltage it needs is right around 6 volts, but I still don't know what voltage the module requires. I've also checked the connectors and found that all of the connectors to the heated steering wheel connect to each other except for a red and black which I'm guessing is a positive and ground. When I checked what pin the positive wire went to, on the heated steering wheel module, it said it was ch3 and don't know where to go from there.
