My car is new to me and the temp with a/c on was around 210-225F. Is this about where it should be? Thanks. I have a 94' Seville SLS.

All 0f my Sevilles ('84, '86, '98, '03) have operated between 205F and 225F ... the newer models run a little warmer than the 4100 series engines do. The 4.9L in my '92 Eldo ran the hottest of any of the others, a little over 220 most of the time.

The onboard computer will tell you when it starts running too hot then will shut the A/C off. I've been told to not to worry until it stays over 245F then to let it cool down.

Good Luck
