I have blown head gastet on 2000 seville sts (195 000 km on it)
I´ll buy M11x1,5 drills and align plate for northstar but what lenght of inserts to buy ?
there is two types 16,1mm and 22,2mm lenght.

I did Norm's, and that worked fine, but today, I would do Jake's studs over timeserts, but to answer your question, your year engine has headbolts, and headbolt holes, that are 2 different lengths. I think it's the ones that are on the exhaust side that are longer.

Actually the head bolts are equal length even on the 2000+. They're just deeper in the block/head on the lower row than on the top row. All 20 are about 1/2" longer than on the 93-99's.

Thanks Jake - so you mean the 2000+ heads are machined such that the bolts sit lower/extend further from the head than pre-2000?

Actually I have repair kit without but without inserts ;-)
I´ll remove heads and see what I need :)

Yes- the bolts are the same length, but the lower row of bolts sit deeper in the block.
