Is there a thread listing what type of Rear Shocks everyone is using for their Escalades?? It would be nice to have a Feedback thread for all to post the following:

Rear Shock Type.................Part Number.............Price.......Your personal opinion_______________

From tons of reading, I see that there are many out there with and without Electronic air ride.
Arnott, ACDelco, Monroe. Did you go with the Electronic Active Air or Non-Electronic Passive.

Thanks ....Rocket

I have a 2005 Tahoe and when I replaced the shocks on it I went to the dealer and spent the money. Rear was $500 each. Some may ask why I would do that, because the first factory set provided approx 160K mi. of trouble free driving.

My friend works for the dealer so thankfully I didn't have to buy them at full price. I checked Rock, what they offer I don't believe is the same as the dealer.
