Curious if anyone knows the highest top speed a CTS-V has
reached in the mile. Modified or not

Well, I'll start the thread at 163 then. Last August, Callaway, NE, at about 3000', CAI only, 464 at the wheels (had it Dynojetted the next day). There were hundreds of spectators at the 2010 SORC shootout, and a passenger in the car. Oh yeah, a second one on Top Gear at the Bonneville Salt Flats, at 160 on a stock sedan. I'm sure someone will up the ante!
