I'm just curious about what ya'll think of the new Lexus IS 350. I've never even given Lexus a second thought in my life, but this new model certainly intrigues me. It seems to really perform.
Here's a link of a recent test. It runs 0-60 in 5.1 and the quarter in 13.7 @ 104 mph. Looks like they start around $36k and run up to $43k fully loaded.

Just for comparison, the only road test from Car and Driver that I could find for the V is this one; running the V 0-60 in 5.2 and the Quarter in 13.7 @ 107 mph. Obviously these times are low for the V, but it the only article I could find for the V in that rag.

I'm very much a GM and American car guy but have owned a few foreign cars when they design a car I can stomach for a resonable price. Like I said, I've never even thought about Lexus before. I like the new design and the technology and interior is great. It's all probably pretty mild compared to the V though....
