It would have to be one the size of Jay Leno's!
I'd have old stuff like 20's and 30's classics with the big spoke wheels and running boards. I'd love an old boat-tail Auburn. I'd have a couple Porsches for sure. An old 911 Turbo Carrera, a 944 Turbo, and a new Carrera GT. I'd have a couple Aston Martins too. Probably a DB7 and a Vanquish. A couple Lamborghini's too. An old Countach and a newer Diablo. A number of Fords. From an old Mach 1 Mustang to the Lightning, to a Saleen convertible, to the new GT (not the Mustang GT ;)). Jumping to the MOPAR camp, I'd have a few old muscle cars like the '70 'Cuda, 70/71 Challenger, a Super Bee and a few old pieces like one of the old 300 number cars and maybe one like they used in the movie Christine. As for GM stuff, it would be tough because I loved so many over the years. Probably start with a few Corvettes making sure to include my favorite ZR1, and then probably a couple mid 60's convertible sedans like a Pontiac Grand Prix, Impala SS, and Pontiac Bonneville. Moving into the Muscle cars, it would be the early 70's Chevelles and Camaros for sure. Cadillacs would probably be limited to the aformentioned early spoke wheeled cars and then a couple of my favorite modern ones, the early 80's Eldo and Seville. Probably have an earlier Seville too like a late 70's version. I guess to round out the group I'd have to have a couple supercars like the MB McLaren SLR, Bugatti Veyron, and of course my favorite, the Saleen S7. I'm sure I'm leaving out a few but what the hell, these are what popped into my head.

At 59 I am fast getting tired of being a slave to keeping all my cars "Hospital Tested" 100% bacteria-free. My "Dream Garage" would be the 6 cars I own now; plus a 2006 Maserati Quatraporte with every option,in black with white leather seats, dash & door panels, and black piping, stitching, headlining and carpets. To this, I'd add a white 2006 Chevy Trailblazer SS for a SPORT ute, and that would be it. I'd like a R.R. Phaetom ~ but it's too ostentatious for me to drive around in.
I'd use the 'Maser to terriorize & deflate the humungious egos of the BMW 7 Series owners all over northern N.J. who actually think they have something unique :histeric: as well as the Miserable Bends S-Class owners who will NEVER but NEVER let anyone merge into traffic lanes, nor give a guy a brake (break) !
I'd buy my wife a Jaguar XJ Super 8, in the Royal Blue Pearl with white (Ivory, sorry) interior. She then could spend the remainder of her life trying to figure out what each button does or works! :helpless:
So, that is 9 cars total, of which maybe 3 would see semi daily duty.......
Yes, I'd keep the 2003 Town Car 'cause I really like it, ditto the Sixty Special, but it's seldom let out of captivity!!

Here's one I bet you guys have never heard of, let alone seen.

In my one-stall dream garage:

1965 Ford Galaxie XL, 428 DOHC Dual Quad, 410 HP bone stock from the factory, with 4-speed, 4.56 locker positraction, 'streamliner' glass headlight covers, 190 mph speedo. No badges, no radio, no warning. I drove one in 1976, and it was worth 100 grand then. Pure orgasm on wheels. They only sold 119 of them, mostly to drag racers. There's maybe three left in the world.

Sorry - let me correct myself. It was not a DOHC (dual overhead cam) in '65. That was a limited production '64 engine. The '65 Ford was called the "Nascar Special" and had a normal cam 428, with Dual Quads and all the rest. They had to sell 100 of them to qualify for 'stock' car racing, and just a handful went to private owners.

While I would like some serious high buck machinery, I would consider exotic stuff like that more of a fantasy garage. Here is a list of cars that I can technically afford right now but due to having kids and them not fitting my needs I dont buy them.

85-86 Porsche 928 5M, sold my beloved '85 years ago w/16k miles, want another. Would consider a well done 79-84 model with LT1 or LS1 power.

'06 Z06

91 Fleetwood Brougham: I know, I know, not the stuff of dreams and I already own one but the modifications have already begun (has an 87 L98 from a 5.7 Iroc with some mods) and I plan on doing some major work to it in the future. Here is what I want to do
Full Hotchkis suspension
Mini tub the rear and install some really wide tires like 315's on 17" wheels.
Update interior with bucket seats/console from newer Caddy.
Rear wheel disc brakes and larger diameter front brakes.
Install Vortec heads w/roller rockers
Install a centrifugal supercharger or even a small roots type assuming no hood modifications are needed.
Blower cam
MSD ignition
Beef up the stock 4L60 trans and install a stall converter.
Run a 100-150 shot of nitrous.

Mercedes E55 or any other Benz with either the blown V8 or turbo V12

'04-'06 GMC conversion van. Have a '99 which is great but like the newer interiors with the big plasma TV's and opening rear doors on both sides better.

Thats it.
