Hi, you guy's have helped me out on my blower motor and wiper motor, now I need help on how to change the water pump on my 1995 Sedan Deville.

I read that when it comes to the water pumps on Devilles that you should buy the GM part, does anyone know anthing about this?

Absent a factory manual, the Chilton (about $20) manual actually explains how to R&R the pump really well. Has a full page including drawings and torque values. Yes, get an OEM GM pump. Rebuilts have a reputation hovering between bad and really bad. This is not a hard job but why do it twice.
