Hey,

It was raining the other night and I noticed water leaking into the car and dripping in the the floor of my car from the top of the a pillar on the driver side. That part of the pillar was soaked.

Has anyone experienced this problem before or knows how to fix it?

thanks in advance!

What about sending a flexible wire down the drain to see if it will clear the clog.( like a weed whipper nylon string) Open the sunroof and look for the drain, send a wire down there, see if it clears.

I believe a shot of compressed air is the recommended fix for blocked sunroof drains.

Doing it with the car upside down is optional ;)

I don't know if this will work. But how about using a balloon and a plastic tube? Insert the tube down the drain, blow up the balloon and put the end over the plastic tube. When your ready, let the air out of the balloon. Of course using an air compressor would be better.

there is a hole on both sides of the rubber seal accross the top of the windshield... i think those are the drain holes (it is almost directly above where the pillar was leaking). I will try running a weed-whacker line through there and see what happens.
