Hi. I have a water drip (97 Seville) that seems to be coming from somewhere below the plate where the bottom radiator hose attaches to the block..it's a little hard to see, but definitely not the hose and from somewhere below that hose attachment nipple. Any ideas?

4 possibilities - the water pump shaft itself, the thermostat housing (the piece that the lower hose connects to), the water pump cover, or the water crossover.

I put up with water drips, replaced the water pump as it froze up. No way could i find a leak but drops about. Finally used my old school training bought a bottle of bar's leak. Done!!!! Not a drop anywhere 2004 sls 153,000
