i got an 05 cts. the windshield washer pump suddenly stopped working, washer noz fuse was blown so i replaced it but still didn't work. took off the pump and applied 12v directly from the battery and i did turn on so any idea of what the issue could be?

Maybe the relay? Look for the relay, in the same box as the fuse, and see if there is an other relay that is of the same type that you know is working. IE the relay for the horn, if they two are the same.
