I wanted to know what would cause my washer fluid reservoir leak and not pump the fluid to the windshield. On my 88 DeVille. Any help would be great

My '95 DeVille has (had) the same problem. All it turned out to be was the hose coming from the tank had slipped off. You may need to duct-tape it on for it to stay; I did.
