To make it simple. Here is an update of most parts we sell right now for your V.

Hi guys, Just to keep you updated.

We have blower crank pulley upgrades now for your 09 V

There are 2 different kits.

One is $820 shipped.
It includes belt, new harmonic balancer, your choice of 5% or 10% rings for more boost, and a new balancer bolt and bolts for the ring.

OR we have an upgraded one,

For $920, shipped.
It includes a top of the line harmonic balancer, and includes the ability to use several different boost rings, which gives you alot more fine tuning boost levels.

We also have heat exchanger upgrades for $400 that increase the stock cooling intercooler capacity and allows the intake air temps to stay cooler for longer periods of time.

We also have handhelds still for only $400 that hold 3 tunes, and include transmission programming.

We have Upper pulleys that are only $150. They are made to look like stock and retain the factory safety clip on the end to look stock.

We have 2 versions of cold air kits,
$250 buys the one that still uses the stock box, but includes a k&n filter.
$380 buys the one that is a full change and eliminates the stock box. All 4 inch.

Guys that want to upgrade the one they have to the full one, im going to have to charge $200 for the remaining parts including the new huge cone filter and tubes..

We also have thermostats that are 160 degrees for only $35

We have DVD unlockers for $310 shipped that make it so you have full dvd, and navigation while driving. Address inputs, ect....

We have 90mm throttlebodies for only $400. It ups the stock size for more power under the curve.

We have 2 exhaust kit versions.

One is a partial kit that just eliminates the stock crimped system that is very restrictive but retains the stock mufflers. They are only $800. plus shipping. Sound is near stock, but adds horsepower from removing the restrictions..

Or we have the full kit that is only $1000 and is a cat back to 4 inch tips with no mufflers. It makes the V sound good AND adds 18hp :D

Also for the guys that dont like the grinding noise/knock noise at idle that the stock cars have, we have a part that you put in the supercharger that gets rid of that noise for only $77 bucks.

It is best to call with any questions. Emails take a little longer to get to due to the volume we are getting. 300+ a day i just cant answer them all......

Thanks for the list. I'm finally going to pull the trigger on your tune, just need to call for a couple of questions first.
Do you have picture of your new Cold Air Intake system?
For those of us that have the first part of the intake tube, is it 4" as well. So the rest will just mate right up to it with the appropriate coupler?

Also, this $77 part for the supercharger.... could you elaborate on it and is this a do it yourself install, or take it somewhere to have it done. Does this replace the fragile part in it that wears down? Or is that something different?

One last question... what are the boost increases for the 5% and 10% rings?

thanks,
Mark

+1

I think this fixes the tapping sound the supercharger makes when the engine is idle.

He answered this in another thread. For every 5% equates to 3-4 psi.

I am on the fence with the 90mm TB and 4" Intake. I need to see some comparison dyno's if you have them.

The aluminum looking dampner is the top of the line version. It has less rotating mass than the black one and ALOT more choices on boost levels that you want.

The cold air assembly as shown in the pictures is what has been shipped to everyone that ordered them.

For reference, the Filter is HUGE. It is 4 inch inlet, and is almost a foot long.

As for throttlebody, The easier the blower can breath, the better. Especially when you up the boost like people are wanting to do.

As for the horsepower gained on the full airbox, It is the MAXIMUM you can possibly gain. There is 0, yes 0 negitive pressure at wide open throttle even at 600 horsepower so there is ZERO loss in horsepower. You also cant make any more horsepower with any other form as there is just nothing more you can do for added airflow. Where i have it, if the customer chooses, he can even extend the filter down thru the hole with a 4 inch pipe and attach the filter element down to the bumper area if you really want.. I have tested and tested it, and it works VERY well.

It looks dirty, but the maf housing is VERY high quality aluminum and is slightly polished, You could make it a mirror with about 2 minutes and some steel wool and some metal polish..
Sorry, with more playing around today with ring sizes, Every half inch adds about 2 psi. With a 9 inch ring, you are close to 13psi, which is equiv to the 2.55 upper pulley.
Jes,

When will the second half of the intake kit be available to ship?

SG
I'm an international customer, currently temperatures around here can reach 50 degrees Celsius  I REALLY need almost all the stuff on that list... would it be possible to get a 170 t-stat instead of a 160?

So is the 9 inch ring the biggest? Do you have 9.5" or 10" rings? We're all waiting with baited breath...

MArk
You can pick any size you want. but bigger sizes will require fueling changes, and idler pulley swaps.

I'm also waiting on the MAF portion - Jess already shipped the everything else, including the filter.

My new favorite thread. Much win.
Hey Jess, ANy plans to make this a one or two piece unit, and totally enclosing this for the heat of the engine compartment?
Probably not. If you stick a thermometer into the rib of the air filter and go for a drive, it isnt very warm at all. The airflow comming in is doing very well at keeping everything cool. It seems even cooler than with it blocked off, as the air is being Pulled from that point and cycles in fresh air easier.
